5. When pushing a cart on a level road, the following requirements should be implemented:

1) Only one vehicle can be pushed at a time. It is strictly forbidden to push carts on both sides of the mine cart. The distance between carts in the same direction shall not be less than 10m when the track gradient is less than or equal to 5‰; when the gradient is greater than 5‰, it shall not be less than 30m; when the gradient is greater than 7‰, manpower carts are strictly prohibited.

2) When pushing the cart, you must always pay attention to the front. When you start to push the cart, stop, fall off the road, find someone or an obstacle ahead, push the cart down from a place with a steep slope, and approach the switch, curve, roadway entrance, tunnel When exiting the room, the person pushing the cart must issue a siren in time.

6. When lifting and transporting heavy items manually, the following regulations should be observed:

1) When lifting and transporting heavy objects manually, generally a group of 5 people should be used, 4 people should carry and transport, and 1 person should carry out safety supervision;

2) Before lifting and transporting heavy objects, first use twin strands of hemp rope or wire rope to bind the heavy objects firmly;

3) Before lifting and transporting, the slogans should be coordinated among the personnel, and they should be lifted at the same time and put down at the same time;

7. Before installation, check the installation site and the support conditions of 5m before and after. If the support is not in good condition, take measures to strengthen it.

8. Two 3T chain hoists are used for lifting the scraper motor and tooth box. The chain hoist must be rooted on the anchor cable, and the connection with the heavy object should ensure the stability of the lifting. Special personnel should observe the lifting point. It is strictly forbidden to stand people within its swing range, let alone standing on the lifted object.

9. The installation of the equipment should be stable and reliable. After the installation is completed and checked, the test can be started. If any problem is found, the cause should be found and adjusted until it is in good condition.

10. Drivers of scraper conveyors must undergo formal professional training and hold a certificate, and drivers who are familiar with the structure, performance and principle of scraper conveyors drive.

11. When installing the scraper, the switch signal bell should be installed at the same time and ensure that it is intact and reliable.

12. Before driving, carefully check whether the mechanical operation of the entire system is normal, whether the lubrication is good, whether the switch signal bell is faulty, and adhere to the system of first test and then driving.

13. Before installation, the mechanic should check the hydraulic coupler, chain, scraper, strong tooth cover and other parts conveyed by the scraper. If any problem is found, stop the machine immediately, and it is strictly forbidden to operate with illness.
