Maintenance Technology of Suspended Single Hydraulic Prop
The suspension column adopts a single structure that is completely different from the single hydraulic column. The sealing area is at the handle body, and the inner wall surface of the cylinder does not have a sealing effect. The main sealing surface is composed of the movable column and the Y installed at the handle body. composed of rings. Adopting the technical principle of plunger (suspended type), there is no arc welding seam on the movable column, the hydraulic working stroke is large, and the sliding sealing point adopts the technical principle of sealing compensation and sealing expansion.
The maintenance of DW type suspension single hydraulic prop includes two maintenance methods: major repair and minor repair. The major repair includes repairing the movable column, cylinder block, top cover, handle body, three-purpose valve, spring and other components to restore their functions, and minor repair refers to replacing the seal parts, clean up the parts and test.
(1) According to the situation after dismantling and inspection, immediately clean the parts and remove the rust on the surface until the original color of the substrate is left, and then hand it over to the inspector for inspection and repair.
Cylinder block: For DW type suspended monolithic strut, since the inner wall of the cylinder does not have a sealing effect, the corrosion area may not be repaired, but it must be dealt with for mechanical deformation.
Live column: If the cleaned live column has no obvious bending, rust and hard bumps, it can enter the assembly process. If there are above and other defects, it will be transferred to the live column maintenance process for overhaul. Because the DW type live column is equivalent to a strut plug cylinder piston rod, its surface is the most important sealing area, so its surface must be free of any defects. When the new product leaves the factory, the DZ type single live column is made of galvanized phosphating. process, and DW type single live column adopts electroless nickel-phosphorus boron alloy anti-corrosion treatment.
When repairing, the surface treatment of the live column is the most critical part of the maintenance process and the maintenance of the monomer. The DW type live column repair process generally adopts the following process: straightening - grinding off the original coating with a grinder - chemical Nickel-plated phosphorus boron alloy.
Top cover, base and handle body: clean after mechanical rust removal, and then dry, pay special attention to the treatment of the sealing area, and repair the workpiece with serious deformation or serious corrosion in the sealing area. For cylindrical pins, the expansion and size should be inspected after rust removal, and those that are unqualified should be replaced. Weld repair when the top cover is missing anti-slip claws.
During the maintenance process, all rubber parts, nylon parts and connecting wires are generally replaced with new ones.
(2) Inspection.
For the repaired workpiece in the overhaul treatment process, it shall be inspected according to the corresponding standards, and the installation process can only be entered after passing the inspection.
(3) Installation.
Receive the required seals and rubber parts according to the installation amount, and put the inspected workpiece in a suitable position. Before installation, the top cover, handle body and the surface of the movable column should be coated with anti-corrosion oil. The installation sequence is as follows: First install the seal and rubber parts on the inner top cover and the handle body, then install the movable column from the top into the cylinder body, install the handle body, then install the return spring and the inner top cover sealing assembly, the handle body and the top cover , plug the three-purpose valve port with a dust-proof plug, and send it to the test bench.
(4) Pressure test.
First, install the inspected three-purpose valve, check the standard reference (MT112.1-2OO6), and carry out two sealing tests of high and low pressure. The test standard shall be implemented with reference to the general requirements of the first part of MT112.1-2006 Mining Monolithic Pillar. During the pressure relief process, the liquid return side is connected to the liquid return special pipe, and then the pressure is slowly released. The column return process should be smooth and natural, and those that are not qualified such as jamming should not be shipped from the factory.
(5) Spray paint.
After passing the test, the surface of the pillar should be scrubbed and dried, and then sprayed with iron red primer. After drying, a maintenance label should be attached, and the corresponding content should be filled in.
(6) Factory inspection.
Stack the treated pillars in a ventilated place that is waterproof and moisture-proof and prevent sunlight, and place them upside down. It is strictly forbidden to stack them horizontally.
